We're revving up for another Tatts Finke Desert Race

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be off and racing again through the Alice Springs desert in June.

For the 24^th year in a row, The Lott by Tatts NT will be the naming rights sponsor for one of the most challenging motor races in the world.

Starting in 1976, the Tatts Finke Desert Race has become an annual event celebrated worldwide. The two-day off-road multi-terrain race sees motorbikes, quad bikes, cars and buggies race 226 kilometres from Alice Springs to the small Aputula (Finke) community and back again.

Our Partnerships Manager Ally Ramsamy said she was proud to continue to support such an iconic event.

“It’s so important for us to support the communities we operate in, which is why we've been involved in the Tatts Finke Desert race for more than two decades,” she said.

Tatts Finke Desert Race President Antony Yoffa said the event wouldn’t be a success without the support of The Lott by Tatts NT.

“I can’t speak highly enough of a corporate sponsor who has financially supported a community event continuously for more than two decades,” he said.

“In that time, the race has evolved from being a predominantly local event to one of national standing.” 

The Tatts Finke Desert Race will run from 9-12 June.
