Launching our Reconciliation Action Plan

Launching our Reconciliation Action Plan Hero Image

We’re proud to announce we’ve launched our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

It’s testament to our dedication to creating positive impacts and fostering an inclusive environment that recognises and nurtures unique perspectives, including those of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The development of our Reflect RAP has been a collaborative and inclusive process, including partnering with YarnnUp to help us articulate our vision for reconciliation and the input of our own employee-led Djari Indigenous inclusion network of First Nations team members and allies.

Indigenous graphic designer and artist Elaine Chambers-Hegarty created our vibrant RAP artwork which symbolises our reach across the Australian landscape – from urban centres to regional communities.

You can read our Reflect RAP here.
